• Organizational enrollments are subject to the terms of the organizational agreement

You may not share your account credentials or course access with others. Doing so may result in account termination.

5. Payments and Refunds

For paid courses:

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payment is required before course access is granted
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
• Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect existing enrollments

6. Certificates

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of courses according to the following terms:

• Certificates are issued only after completing all required lessons and assessments
• Minimum passing scores must be achieved as specified in each course
• Certificates include a unique verification code for authenticity verification
• Certificates remain valid indefinitely and can be verified through our Platform
• We reserve the right to revoke certificates in cases of academic dishonesty or fraud

Certificates represent completion of the course content and do not constitute professional licensure or accreditation unless explicitly stated.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of NGO Academy or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:
