Is there a registration fee?

No, registration is completely free! You can create an account and access all free courses at no cost. Some advanced courses may be paid, but you'll be clearly informed before enrollment.

Can I enroll my entire team?

Yes! We offer Organization Accounts that let you enroll multiple team members. Create an organization account and invite colleagues to join. You'll be able to track your team's progress from a central dashboard. Contact us for customized group plans.

Can multiple people use one account?

No, each person should have their own account. This ensures accurate progress tracking and individual certificates. If you represent an organization, use the Organization Account to easily register team members.

Course Content

What type of content is included in courses?

Our courses include professional YouTube videos, detailed lesson notes, downloadable resources, and interactive quizzes. Each course is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience combining theory with practical application.

Can I download course materials?

Yes! Most courses provide downloadable resources including lesson notes, work templates, and case studies. You can download these materials and use them in your work.

Are courses available in multiple languages?

How long does a course take?

How many times can I retake an assessment?

You can retake assessments within the attempt limits set for each course. Most courses allow at least 3 attempts. Each attempt helps you improve your understanding.

When do I receive my certificate?

You receive your certificate automatically after completing all course lessons and passing all quizzes and the final exam. You'll receive an instant email with your certificate and unique verification code.

Are certificates recognized?

Yes! NGO.Academy certificates are recognized by NGOs and international organizations. Each certificate includes a unique verification code that can be publicly verified. You can share your certificates on LinkedIn and your resume.
